Ways to Clean Up dirt on Outdoor Rental LED Display Screens

During the application of LED screens, especially outdoor rental LED display screens, they may get dirty after using for a long time. The daily maintenance work is important. Some people know about the maintenance method, but the cleaning work are not very familiar to them.

Before clean up the screens, the following steps are needed:

1.Turn on the outdoor rental LED display screens, check which part of the screen has dirt;

2.Turn off the screen and check the LED screen's surface; by the above two steps, we can mainly find out the dirt.

Actually, we should also pay attention if the surface of LED screens is broken, and check the 

Actually, the most difficult and strict clean up work to outdoor rental LED display screens is to clean up it surface. Also, we need to check the waterproof ability of the screens we will clean, make sure their waterproof ability is still good.

Normally, these clean up work are done by your LED screen rental service providers. They have professional engineers, and they are familiar with their screen’s characteristics. Unprofessional clean work may damage the screens and influence the screen’s application.

There are two aspects need to pay attention to before clean the screens:

1.Cut the electric wires before cleaning, make sure the safety of engineers;

2.Choose appropriate and high quality cleaning fluid. Normally used cleaning fluid including electrolyte, highly purified distilled water, antistatic agent, etc. The engineer should choose different cleaning fluid to clean up different dirt, make sure the outdoor rental LED display screens are not damaged during the cleaning work.

Most outdoor screen rental service providers will take 3 steps to finish the cleaning and maintaining work:

1.Dust collection. Use dust collector to clean up the dust first;

2.Wet cleaning. Pay attention: do not pull the cleaning fluid directly onto the surface of your outdoor rental screens. Pull few fluid onto the cloth and wipe gently towards one direction. We can also use the soft brush on the dust collector to clean up the dirt.

3.Drying. Use dust collector to soak up water on the surface of screens, make sure there is no water and dust left on the surface of LED screens.

Karpe Diem, a Norwegian rap group from Oslo made up of Magdi Omar Ytreeide Abdelmaguid and Chirag Rashmikant Patel, held their music concert at Oslo in July. It is a great honor for Glux to provide our LED display screens and serve this great audio & visual event.

During the concert, Glux provided 400 square meters BAtn series 10mm pixel pitch transparent LED display screen. All these LED screens were installed as the main stage concert. They were installed as a square grid. The transparent design LED screens, together with the video and stage light brought us a very gorgeous stage visual effects, also provided the customer an incomparable visual experience, successfully served this concert.

Glux BAtn series LED display screen is outdoor use LED display with transparent design(50% transparency effect). It use carbon fiber material as the cabinet, make sure it has strong impact resistance ability, high weight bearing capacity(1000kg), and excellent weather resistance ability and stability. In addition, BAtn only weight 4.8kg for each panel(100cm*50cm*4.5cm), its super light weight makes it can be picked up and installed with only one person, reduce a lot of labor force cost for the users. What’s more, our LED display screen’s light weight advantage and fast assemble locks also makes it can be able to meet large size installation demand.
